Questions, answered

Everything you might want to know before you book — cost, safety, scheduling, and how the process works. Still curious? Just call or text.

Cost depends on the surface type, the size of the area, and how much buildup we're removing. A residential driveway is very different from a commercial parking lot. That's why every estimate is free and specific to your property — call, text a photo, or use the contact form and we'll give you a clear, upfront number with no obligation.

Yes — when it's matched to the surface. We adjust pressure, temperature, and detergents for each material, and use gentler soft-wash methods on siding, stucco, and delicate surfaces that shouldn't take high pressure. Protecting your property is part of doing the job right.

Pressure washing uses high-pressure water to blast grime off hard surfaces like concrete. Soft washing uses low pressure with specialized cleaning solutions to safely clean more delicate surfaces — siding, stucco, painted walls, and some roofs. We choose the right method for each surface so you get a deep clean without damage.

Both use high-pressure water. Power washing also heats the water, which cuts through grease, oil, and gum far faster. We use hot-water power washing where it matters most — fuel islands, dumpster pads, and drive-thrus — and standard pressure or soft washing where that's the better fit.

Most homes look their best with a clean once or twice a year, or before a big event or listing. High-traffic commercial properties — restaurants, gas stations, retail centers — usually benefit from monthly or quarterly maintenance. We'll recommend a cadence based on how your property is used and what fits your budget.

Both. We handle one-time residential jobs — driveways, sidewalks, siding, patios — and recurring commercial maintenance for businesses, HOAs, property managers, restaurants, gas stations, hotels, casinos, and multi-location franchises across the valley.

Concrete, pavers, brick, stucco, siding, metal, glass, and signage — driveways, sidewalks, storefronts, parking lots, dumpster pads, drive-thrus, fuel islands, and high-traffic concrete. We remove dirt, grease, oil, gum, tire marks, rust, mineral staining, graffiti, bird waste, and everyday desert grime.

Yes. LVC Pressure Wash is fully licensed, bonded, and insured for both residential and commercial work — the credentials property managers and business owners expect, in place before we start.

We do. Weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and quarterly plans keep commercial properties, HOAs, and managed portfolios consistently sharp — with flexible scheduling, after-hours and off-peak service, consistent results, and volume-friendly pricing for multiple locations.

Usually not, as long as we have access to the areas being cleaned and a water source. Many commercial jobs are done after-hours or off-peak specifically to avoid disrupting your operation. We'll confirm the details when we schedule.
