Drew Brewer
A former pharmacist from Kentucky who brought a detail-obsessed background, real business experience, and a customer-first mindset to the Las Vegas exterior cleaning industry.
Drew came to Las Vegas for a conference in 2022 and — like a lot of good business stories — found an opportunity where he least expected it. After starting multiple businesses and building experience around customer service, operations, and problem-solving, he saw a gap: a pressure washing company that treated exterior cleaning like a professional service. So he bought one. LVC Pressure Wash had been cleaning properties across the valley since 2016 — Drew took it over and rebuilt it around that standard.
For Drew, the business is about more than cleaning concrete. It's about answering the phone, showing up when promised, communicating clearly, protecting the property, and making sure every customer feels taken care of — from the first estimate to the final walkthrough.
His background as a pharmacist shaped the way he approaches the work: pay attention to details, follow a process, communicate clearly, and take responsibility for the outcome. His business background shaped the way LVC serves customers: be dependable, be professional, and make the experience easy.
Today, LVC Pressure Wash serves homeowners, restaurants, gas stations, hotels, casinos, HOAs, property managers, franchise locations, retail centers, and commercial facilities throughout the Greater Las Vegas area. From residential driveways and sidewalks to dumpster pads, storefronts, drive-thrus, parking lots, windows, signs, graffiti removal, and high-traffic commercial concrete — every job is handled with the same standard: customer first, quality always.
